What if you could live in an infinitely largest world’s mind than that the one in which you have been living until now? 

Our reality, how we live our life, our habits, environment, identity, values, images, memories, desires, wounds- everything we were, are and about to become depends on our Imagination. It is ALL happening in our mind. I am not talking about the physical organ of the brain but of the Spirit that lives within our brain and body! Well, It is all energy. We cannot touch physically an emotion or a memory. Our Spirit belongs to us. It cannot be taken away from us. In jail or in the middle of nowhere, we will always and forever have our Spirit/ Imagination. It is the unlimited gift we have if we understand what energy is and how to use it. We are more than we can see!

To make it simple, everything is energy and it is all there is. Matter and physical are the extension of the source energy. Our imagination and the words we speak are energy. They are a vibrational reality in resonance with the intelligent universal energy field all around us, which respond to our own vibration...And vice e versa. Our Imagination creates our energy which their manifestation into the physical. It means also that our Imagination has the ability to reaper our physical body. Imagination is unlimited. We cannot quantify or touch it. It comes from source energy and it seems to be directed from our Intention, positive or negative. The Neurosciences researches tells us that the mind doesn’t make the difference between reality and imagination which explains the “placebo effect” but also confirms us that we can modify our memory and create a new successful program for ourselves with healthier habits.

We heal ourselves with our Imagination by working on the cellular system of our body. And cells are what make this perfect machine that is our body, works properly. Our cells are alive and intelligent since they respond to the vibration. We can affect our cells by the vibration we emit. That explains the somatization, and the relationship between the Mind and the Body. As a teacher, the work on the brain is to align the Imagination with the soul desire and the highest will/ plan, opening the window of perception, working on the area that would facilitate the decision making, Opening vision and insight, balancing the energy within the brain to clean the negative mind and anxiety, so the Mind can experience more often being in the neutral mind and be present in the body. Would it be an eventual well being; to just live our life the way it comes? Isn’t it exciting and adventurous?

Recently, someone asked me: “ I do believe in a highest intelligence and I still don’t understand how is that possible to witness so much pain in people’s life and in the world”?

Our perception of reality won’t be the same if we see the puzzle at its beginning with only a few pieces. And with patience and trust, as the puzzle gets complete, we finally perceive the finale big picture, which makes sense to us.

It is all about our perception, which depends on our life experience, wisdom and mind's duality. From my perspective, we all have a special gift to offer in this world and we all have to have fun! Otherwise what would be the sense of our presence here? Certainly not to suffer!

We are here to create. In order for us to enjoy, the world was made with duality everywhere, even until our brain's anatomy and mind. We have positive and negative mind. And more we open our window of perception, more our perception becomes positive and the duality fades and happier we are since happiness is a state of mind! When you have faith and trust that everything is happening for your greatest good, you live here and now. This energy brings the coherency between who you are and your deep longing. It is from this place that you create it

The contrast is essential to our evolution. Our job is to discover the gift behind the challenge, the light behind the shadow. Shadow is the costume of the light. Once you have learned about it, the costume fall and you see the light. Sometimes we understand the pain and sometimes we don’t. And in that case, we need to trust that it is all happening for our greatest good! And frankly, do we really have a choice? Again it is all about our perception. We can choose to see the shadow as an automatic light and be excited for that! 

We are all director, writer, and actor of the movie of our life. We are the story we tell to ourselves because everything we believe becomes true!
