How to Shift in 5 Minutes?

We know that our well-being depends on the quality of our thought and the story we tell to ourselves. Very simply, when you focus on what you do not have, but that you wish you would.... and that others have it, but not you... you can only feel negative emotions. Behaving as a victim, having the illusion that the world outside you, including God, wants you to be in pain, deprives you from the truth of who you really are.
I am here, my friends, to remind you that YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR REALITY! So take your power back and change your focus to what you want. What is it that gives you joy? What would be your ideal life now? Describe it! You can have it all!
Here is how you can shift your energy and how you feel in five minutes, to create a better instant future!
- Accept, allow, and make peace with, where you are now, you are just human!
- Focus on what you are wanting instead of what is missing
- Negative emotions are indicators of how far you are from the truth
- To come back to normal, feel your feet in the ground as the root of a tree
- Choose a better thought which makes you feel better
- What is now is temporary, everything changes
- Breath, Inhale your future , exhale your past for three minutes
- Describe loudly what you would you like as if you already have it!
- Find this place of unconditional love within you and allow the voice of the divine teacher speaking through you...( Imagine you are your own mom, what would she tell you now?)
What you believe becomes true, you are, in every moment, the story you tell to yourself.
It is so easy to feel better, it is just a decision you have to make. This is possibly the only control that you have in your life; The direction of your thoughts. You do not have any other control, so let it go, let God, and live/be your life!
